ICC Australia is the Australian arm of the International Chamber of Commerce, which is based in Paris, France.

It is registered as a public company limited by guarantee and its objectives include the promotion of:

• Australians and Australian business;
• Global prosperity and peace among the nations of the world by the development of an open world economy;
• International competition, trade, services and investment, especially by eliminating obstacles and distortions to international commerce; and
• The principles of free and fair competition among business enterprises and the participation of Australian businesses enterprises in a world market economy

The affairs of ICC Australia are overseen by a Board of Directors, with day to day management the responsibility of a Chief Executive Officer.
